Reeves, former chair of venture capital practices at national law firms, has closed hundreds of venture financings and co-founded Commune Angels, an angel group committed to promoting cap table diversity. Brittany L. Bradshaw, a recognized Best Lawyer in America, is a seasoned corporate venture and M&A attorney with a special interest in supporting women-led ventures. She regularly speaks to local groups on the subject of scaling venture-backable businesses. Finally, A. Chris Simpson, previously of Microsoft, brings a wealth of big-tech experience to the team with his expertise in negotiating billion-dollar cloud service provider transactions and enhancing GwC’s tech licensing, intellectual property, and data experience.
