Omed Sharifi joins the firm as an attorney and advisor, having previously been at Cooley LLP and Morrison & Foerster LLP.
Omed is a startup and venture capital attorney who advises companies in the technology, innovation, and life sciences industries, helping them navigate their journey from formation to exit. As outside corporate counsel, Omed guides startups through every stage of their lifecycle, including incorporations, conversions, pre-seed and venture financings, mergers and acquisitions, and strategic partnerships, providing clarity and counsel through ongoing corporate governance, intellectual property, equity, and employment issues. In addition, Omed represents venture capital clients in their equity investments and fund formation.
Raised in the Bay Area, Omed now splits his time between Silicon Valley and New York, aiding clients in the world’s foremost technology and finance hubs.
