Keith Mitchell is a senior consultant with over three decades of experience in HR compliance, employee relations, risk management, talent management, and human capital analytics. He has conducted more than 1,000 EEO and ethics investigations and provides litigation support to clients navigating complex regulatory environments. Keith brings deep expertise in data privacy, compensation strategy, and workforce analytics, having worked across seven industries, including global brands such as Cognizant Technology Solutions, Prudential Insurance, Abbott Laboratories, Kellogg Company, and Underwriters Laboratories.
His consulting work focuses on pay equity analysis, adverse impact studies, diversity metrics, and the development of HR data governance protocols aligned with GDPR, CCPA, and HIPAA standards. Keith is dedicated to building equitable and legally defensible HR frameworks.
