Chris advises clients on the drafting and negotiation of a broad range of commercial transactions, including business process and technology outsourcing, manufacturing, professional and consulting services, procurement, software and technology licensing, confidentiality/non-disclosure, and other strategic transactions. Chris helps ensure that the client’s business needs are met while also mitigating potential risks.
Before Go With Canvas, Chris served as in-house counsel for private and public corporations, including Microsoft, where he supported the sales teams in Canada and the South, West, and Midwest U.S. regions; Meijer, where he supported the pharmacy and retail operations; and IHS, where he supported the sales team in the automotive vertical. Prior to his in-house counsel roles, Chris was an attorney for several years at one of the largest Detroit-based law firms.
