Terrence represents emerging growth companies at all stages of development, and the investors that fund them. His practice includes general corporate and securities matters, entity formation, corporate governance, software licensing, and venture capital financings.
Terrence advises clients across a broad range of industries, including software, life sciences, digital health, consumer products, and mobility. Terrence also represents foreign and domestic strategic investors and venture capital funds on financing transactions.
Prior to launching GwC, Terrence spent his career advising public and private companies at AmLaw 100 and 200 law firms, having reached the status of partner. Terrence previously held senior legal roles at Flagstar Bank, Taft Stettinius & Hollister, and Troutman Pepper. In addition to his career in the private sector, Terrence previously served as an Assistant U.S. Attorney.
Terrence is an active angel investor and frequent speaker on venture capital and entrepreneurship.
