Meshia aids clients in intellectual property, corporate formation, and corporate transaction matters. Meshia’s experience spans a variety of industries and disciplines. Prior to joining GwC, Meshia worked in legal support roles at an AM 200 firm, an early-stage consumer litigation tech startup, and in several other contract positions assisting small and solo firms.
Meshia has supported leading attorneys by managing the trademark portfolios of Fortune companies, tech startups, local restaurant chains, and small sellers alike; forming corporations; negotiating commercial asset and real estate transactions; and assisting with civil litigation cases. Meshia is excited to bring her vast knowledge of a multitude of fields and her meticulous, dedicated character to GwC and its clients.
