Brittany advises startups, emerging, and public companies at all growth stages, specializing in formation, corporate governance, securities, venture capital, M&A, commercial contracts, and general corporate counsel. Her clients come from a wide range of industries, such as technology, automotive, mobility, digital health, consumer products, and manufacturing.
Prior to launching GwC, Brittany was an associate at Troutman Pepper, where she represented public and private companies, in transactions including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, and investment transactions and a top Midcontinent law firm, where she drafted various commercial agreements, including SaaS agreements, master service agreements, reseller agreements, and service provider agreements and worked with entrepreneurs as they built their companies.
