Alea is an international consultant and assists clients in establishing domestic and offshore entities in various jurisdictions. She handles contract management as well as investment and other international transactions by offering comprehensive legal support in the venture capital, M&A, real estate, and technology spaces. Alea’s experience spans a variety of industries and disciplines.
Before joining GwC, Alea worked in legal in several other contract positions, assisting individual clients and small and solo firms. Alea brings her vast knowledge of a multitude of fields and her meticulous, dedicated character to GwC and its clients.
